Hi,
As the title indicates, I am looking for a company that specifically tutors clients in Jaws (preferably utilizing Skype or the Internet to deliver content.) Currently, I am enrolled in college, and would enjoy the opportunity to become more proficient in formatting text I.E. indenting paragraphs, determining how many spaces are between 2 words, creating outlines in M.S. Word, building Powerpoint presentations, learning how to use Jaws in general more effectively with the Internet, and M.S. Outlook.
If anyone has any suggestions, I appreciate your assistance in advance.

FS run online webinars on using JAWS with various applications including the Office ones, which I think are (or at least were) $29 each for around 3 hours tuition. You can also buy the archives of previously hosted webinars and join the next live running of that webinar for free. They also do free ones but not on Office I don't think, the net might be covered though.
If you're looking for something bespoke/dedicated, then I suspect you'll be paying a fair bit more. Other textbook/pre-recorded audio training can also get expensive, such as offerings from the Access Technology Institute, but their output is pretty thorough.
FS themselves also offer training on Jaws.
